Where is your facility located?

 

Our facility and office are located at 10132 Memorial Parkway NW in Huntsville, Alabama 35810. We’re just north of downtown Huntsville on the north end of the city, providing easy access from Meridian, Hazel Green, Chase, and Moores Mill. We’re even convenient to students at Alabama A&M University and military members living at Redstone Arsenal. Visit our facility page to get specific directions from your hometown.

 

What are your office hours?

 

We’re here to serve you seven days a week. Drop by to speak with our friendly team Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., or Sunday between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Our call center is always ready to handle your call, so don’t wait to get in touch.

 

What are your access hours?

 

One of our philosophies is that our renters are paying for the space, so they should be able to use it the way they need to. Our extended access hours reflect this understanding, which is why we allow you to get to your unit between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. every day of the week, all year long. Now you can pick up your belongings early in the morning and return them late at night, on the weekends, or whenever it works for you!

 

What is climate control and do I need it?

 

Climate control is a feature offered on many of our interior units. This feature maintains a constant temperature within the unit throughout the year. A continuous temperature range means less chance of moisture build-up within the enclosed space, so your belongings are protected from warping, expanding, and other wear from changes in outside climate. These spaces are perfect for our hot, humid summers and work great for furniture, antiques, documents, and anything else you wouldn’t normally leave in an outdoor space. Speak with a member of our staff to see if these spaces are right for your needs and we’ll get you set up.

 

What security features do you have?

 

We take the security of our tenants and their belongings very seriously. It takes more than just perimeter fencing to ensure the security of our customers’ belongings, so we’ve employed electronic gate access, individually secured units, and 24-hour video surveillance. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our team and we’ll put your mind at ease!

 

How can I pay my bill?

 

We’re glad you asked! It’s easy to pay your bill when you store with North Parkway Mini Storage. We accept all major forms of payment, including credit and debit cards, money orders, checks, and cash. More importantly, we provide an easy-to-use online bill pay option. Sign up and pay your bill from anywhere on any device with an internet connection. It’s that easy!

 

Where can I rent a moving truck?

 

Right here! We are an authorized U-Haul dealership, so we have all the different sizes of trailers, trucks, and vans that you need to complete the move. Please contact our team to ensure that we have the correct vehicle for your needs before you arrive at our facility.

 

Where can I purchase moving and packing supplies?

 

Again, right here on our property! We carry a wide selection of all the supplies you’ll need for your move, no matter what the size. Choose from boxes in various sizes, tape, locks, mattress covers, bubble wrap, moving blankets, labels, and more, all at competitive prices!
